3. Fill out the order form making sure to include your name and
address, shipping address (if different from purchasers address).
4. Additional costs include G.S.T. (for Canadaian Customers),
P.S.T. (for Saskatchewan customers), Shipping & Handling.
- Shipping & Handling Costs:
-Within Canada: $10 for most items
-Within U.S.: $20 for most items
* Lager items will have an increase in shipping costs. Customer
WILL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE SHIPPING.
- All credit card orders will be charged in Canadian
Funds at the current Exchange Rate.

Cheques, Money Orders. For credit card orders be sure to include

form. For cheques and money order, be sure to make them out
to "Able Crystals and Therapies".
