| A Brief History of Crop Formations
Crop formations maybe a small part of an overall exercise to raise the consciousness of humanity and prepare us for coming events, whatever they maybe.
It is an unprecedented phenomenon. To understand this phenomenon science, researchers and the public must appreciate we are dealing with living, intelligent energies. This alone is our next major hurdle.
Of course they were also attributed to evil forces as in the earliest published report out of Hartfortshire, UK.
In 1678 there is a report in the a local newspaper entitled ‘The Mowing
Devil: Or Strange News out of Hartfortshire’. The story tells of a farmer who would not pay a laborer the going rate to cut his field and in his anger the laborer yelled “Then let the Devil mow it!” and left.
The next morning the farmer found a peculiar circle left in his crop.
The report has no mention of cut heads, but rather that they were neatly, very neatly laid it said. We recognize this wood cut image and the description and the peoples’ personal reaction to it to be reminiscent of a modern encounter with we now term Crop Circle or up to more recently Crop Formation.
It is thought that these circular formations have been around in myth and legend for many hundreds of years. They have been known in traditional beliefs as Pixie circles, Fearie circles, Witches circles, and happenings associated with the character Robin Goodfellow or Puck.
These characters may also be associated with the Greenman archetype, the spirit of the wood.
John Michell noted the possible link to the Greek god Hermes or Roman Mercurius as the crop phenomenon bear many of this deities hallmarks.
Hermes, a supernatural being from Greek myth, was noted as being the founder of Alchemy and was the most daimonic of the gods. Known as the nocturnal wandering spirit of earth (most formations occur at night), is associated with flickering lights, called ‘Hermes lights’ (BOL’s captured in crop formations), known as a trickster who deflates human presumptions, (don’t we know it) he also had winged feet and a serpent entwined caduceus (feathered serpent/electromagnetic powers?). He was known as the messenger of the gods or Nature herself and most interestingly he was said to be the inventor of writing, introducing the first symbols adapted by various races to form alphabets.
Native moral stories tell of many trickster characters. Human effigies of the Old Man in the Hill relate to this legend. Others include the Napi (blackfoot), Wesekachak (Cree), Nanibush (Objibwa), Coyote (Kootenai, Columbia River Tribes) or the Iktomi (Sioux). These powerful and mischievous gods were benevolent. They named animals, created rivers and were the guardians for animals or men threatened by malevolent deities or monsters.
Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Sky
C.G. Jung wrote this controversial book in 1959. In it he identified strange lights or objects seen in the sky as portents of great changes impending in the collective psyche. He predicted events incomprehensible to people, which would be allied to a world of which we have no knowledge. This was to be expected as the Age of Pisces gave way to the Age of Aquarius.
Jung also predicted the symbol of the Philosophers stone, or the Quinta Essentia would appear as a portent at the change of the Age.
This representation of consciousness has at it’s centre a circle representing the Divinity- 4 other circles are the 4 functions of consciousness, placed in the form of a square enclosing the centre circle. In 1988 his prediction came true in this crop formation at Charity Down UK..
My personal theory on the circles is they are here now at this time in our evolution as a species to help us expand our consciousness. That they are created to awaken the Earth as well as our human biology (Physical, Mental, Emotional & Physical bodies) to increments in light and sound frequency we will soon be, if we are not already , perceiving. This increase if we choose to accept it. will help to restore balance to our planet. Healing our communities, as we are inspired by our collective history, new information bringing many needed novel ideas, allowing us to remember we can choose the way of peace and compassion.
The medium is the message with the circles. The fact that they are here and that they are unexplainable by our current understanding is a big part of their complex layered message. Opening minds to the possibility of other technologies and forms and codes of information. We must remember that science is magic we understand and magic is science we don’t.
Ancient Connections
Early crop circle can be identified with ancient carvings or petroglyphs from around the world. Many crop circles are recognized by ancient cultures as their sacred symbols. This rock art around the world is often associated with sacred spaces, healing and ritual, and even astronomical alignment.
These formations are very old concepts, universal wisdom packages. Crop formations are beautiful harmless and inspirational, truly of divine origin, not diabolic. They have earned our trust.
Perhaps the Earth's electromagnetic energy grid has awoken or shifted and the return to our true spiritual heritage is imminent.
We have all felt the shifting of values. Perhaps the consciousness grid of Gaia herself has received huge acupuncture treatment to her Ear (being England) and now her meridians lining her body have awoken.
If this is true we should be looking forward to many more wonderful and complex formations. I am very excited to tell you it appears to be unfolding in this way. Our Canadian formations seem to have followed the UK’s pattern progressions. As humans respond and show interest, the activity seems to be activated to a higher level.
By using our chakras consciously, becoming conscious data processors, aware of our impact, we serve the whole and seed collective conceptual wisdom for all. Me We. Learning to communicate honestly with self, then others, opens communication with alternate vibrational levels of consciousness, possibly the source of ‘energy information’ genuine crop formations contain.
It’s very appropriate that every individual must do their own research to know about the circles. There are personal messages to be had. A chance to sort ones own ‘wheat from the chaff’ so to speak. All a process and part of our evolution as empowered responsible humans.
